3 - Lease will be conditional to the LESSEE suppling a proof of employment letter from their employer and must be to the entire satisfaction of the LESSOR, to establish a future tenant's payment habits.

4 - Lease will be conditional to a future tenant supplying the contact information of a current or previous landlord and the verification results must be to the entire satisfaction of the LESSOR, in order to verify the conduct of a future tenant in how he discharges his responsibilities as a tenant.
